Petition to have those responsible for rioting and/or looting in the UK in August 2011 to have deductions made from their benefits/wages/savings

Additional Information

We want the people responsible for the riots, looting and damage to businesses and communities to have deductions made from either their benefits, wages or savings to go towards the rebuilding of the communities affected by their actions. We want those responsible to make a valid contribution to restore the communities that they have attempted to destroy by their criminal activity.
