Increase the age of 'child' tickets for anything to 18

Additional Information

To buy a Child train ticket, you must be 15 or under, to buy a Child cinema ticket you must be 14 or under, but you are only an adult when you turn 18. Whether it's a train ticket, a bus ticket or even a ciema ticket, the age for a Child ticket should be increased to 18.
