Moratorium on mortage payments to those whose homes were affected by arson during recent riots

Additional Information

The Government should demand that banks and mortage lenders give immediate mortgage relief to all homeowners and businesses affected by recent rioting, looting and arson until such time that insurance claims are finalised. Refusal to do so should result in legislation to effect this.
