Convicted UK rioters should serve a community service.
Any persons convicted of criminal acts during the current UK riots should have been ordered to serve an intense and prolonged community service in return for any future benefits with the alternative of prison. Let them rebuild what has been destroyed. Let them rebuild the public trust. No tax payer should have to contribute to those who have destroyed property, stolen from their community and shown a disregard for the country that provides for them.
