Free gas and electric for over 70's

Force the energy companies to allow oap's over the age of 70, providing they have no large savings/pensions to free energy during winter.
Why should our elderly have to choose between eating or putting the heating on in modern Britian? This is unacceptable and energy companies should be forced to use some of their huge profits for this issue which kills many oap's each winter. Our greedy generation seem to be forgetting about our elderly, a lot of whom, faught a war for us!
