NOT pay for meals in hospitals
In response to the recent petition asking for a debate that people in hospital should pay for their meals because "hospitals are not holiday camps"...
The NHS treats UK citizens regardless of income or wealth. It is absurd to suggest that NHS hospital patients should pay to be fed.
Should they be left to starve if they can't afford it or don't have the physical or mental faculties to deal with making payment?
Patients have a right to nourishment.
