Frivolous pleas of 'Not Guilty' should attract a double sentencing tariff.

Additional Information

After being caught on CCTV causing criminal damage, looting, etc, if the person pleads 'Not Guilty' and is then found to be 'Guilty' by the courts, they should face a double tariff punishment for wasting the public's time - (the courts belong to the public...)
