All convicted rioters under 21years should go to boot camp
That all convicted rioters under 21 years old should be sentanced to undergo 4 - 6 weeks of basic military training on the lines of the successful Outreach courses run by the Army Cadets for problem teenagers, to teach them self respect, respect for others,teamwork and self discipline
