Convicted rioters in UK should be forced to do Voluntary Overseas Service
The rioters convicted of looting and criminal damage should be forced to do Voluntary Overseas Service in crisis zones, such as currently faced by East Africa. This is to vividly demonstrate to them that despite their disaffection with this society, they are comparatively well cared for and although they feel ‘hopeless’, they have opportunities in their lives, which is simply out of reach of majority of humans in our world.
