Boot camp
Young offenders should face boot camp instead of being put into an already overcrowed prison service.
Their personal items IE, TV's,playstations,i-pods etc etc should be removed and sold as a consequence and so that the tax payer is not paying for them.
For the boot camp to teach them the respect of others ,authority, themselves, self esteem,
Their benefits used to keep them in the boot camps whilst also them having to work for charities, repairing damage etc in their community etc.
It would make young offenders think twice about crime and what they may loose
Progressing hopefully onto a more positive and better behaved member of society
