Amnesty for police who beat rioters

Additional Information

During the riots in Manchester on 9th August, some film captures police beating some youths.

I suspect that mischief makers in the media and legal profession will seize on this, and attempt to get the officers into trouble.

I call upon the government to recognise the unprecedented nature of the riots, and to declare an amnesty in support of those who protect us.
