Convicted rioters/looters/arsonists etc should be taxed on future earnings to recover tax payer’s reparation outlay.

Additional Information

Any persons convicted of criminal acts during the current UK riots should have future earnings taxed to recover the money the tax payer will inevitably have to pay out to compensate those affected.
Punish them where it will hurt them the most, in their pocket.
