Reduction of rioters benefits / wages by 30% to pay for cleanup
Anyone who is convicted of criminality during civil disorder events, such as the recent riots. Has their Benefit / salary reduced by 30% to pay for cleaning up after the event and to help people affected rebuild their lives. The payments to be in force for 2 years and then reviewed. If person re offends in this two year period then the 2 year time frame starts again from new offence.
