Parents jointly responsible for childrens criminal acts
When a child up to 16 years commits a criminal act, both the parents, including separated ones, would be jointly charged with the crime. Aim is to start the idea that having children comes with major responsibilities which cannot be delegated to, or blamed on anyone else
