Train Volunteers in the use of Protective Equipment for use in Civil Disturbances

Additional Information

Training volunteers to use protective shields to provide a passive resistance to civil disturbaces. This will allow the comunity to help protect itself with greater safety whilst supporting the police allowing them to concentrate on dispersing the disturbance.
