Additional Information

Anyone who receives a second conviction in their lifetime has 30% of all assets frozen. (financial or material.).
Anyone who receives a third conviction in their lifetime has a further 50% of their assets frozen + a cap of £10,000 per year on any financial government support.
Anyone who receives a fourth conviction shall be re-homed to a hostel (should they live in a council owned house), receive a mandatory jail term and all assets frozen to go towards paying for their upkeep in jail.
