EMEMERGENCY CALL SYSTEMS IN ALL BUILDINGS

Additional Information

I would like the government to address the need to install emergency call systems in all buildings with the exception of domestic dwellings.
It is mandatory that a fire alarm system is installed and I feel this type of system is just as important.
It is more likely that someone will require medical assistance or someone require help than a building catch fire.
These systems would save lives.
