Do not cut police bugets
The unprecedented levels of violence across England in early August 2011 have left the vast majority of the public feeling worried for their own safety.
I for one applaud the police service for the job they have done. Their bravery and commitment is beyond reproach.
Yet the Police were strectched to full capacity. They will not be able to do the same job with less numbers.
For this reason police budgets must be completely ring fenced, to ensure the safety of every one of us.
Do not cut Police budgets!
