Petition Action

Stop benefits for anyone convicted of a crime

Additional Information

I want the Government to stop all benefits for anyone found guilty of a criminal offence, for the period they are in prison (if applicable), to be followed by a period of not less than 5 years after their release.

This would include ALL state benefits.

Furthermore should the criminal be below legal age, then their parents should have all state benefits ceased for a period of not less than 2 years.
