Youth Criminality
Punishment for the youth of today is sadly lacking.
Bring back the Borstal ( Youth Detention Centre ).
If the crime is not that serious then make them (whatever age ) do community service in their spare time at weekends like litter picking and cleaning up parks etc where they and others leave all their rubbish.
Make them pay for their behaviour.
