TIGHTEN LAWS ON MISSING NUMBER PLATES ON TRAILERS ECT.

We the undersigned would like to see the LAWS tightened on the ones who drive around with trailers missind the number plate as follows, as the trailer blanks out the towing motor they get away with speeding as the camera could not take a picture of any plate, this makes it bias to the ones who are legal and unfair, they may know this and why they do it, there needs to be a fixed ticket fine and points on there licence to force them to comply with road TRAFFIC ACTS, not one law for one and not the other.
