Replace Asbo etc with a new Community Regiment with 2/5yrsAGGED,TAUGHT TRADE AND WORK IN COMMUNITY.
Create a COMMUNITY REGIMENT to REPLACE ASBOS, YOUTH OFFENDER CENTRES ETC, to be based at a base scheduled for closure. OFFENDERS UP TO THE age of 21 to be issued with a serving sentence of 2/5 years. Their training should be BOOT CAMP, TAGGED (AT LEAST THE FIRST 50% OF SERVICE). taught a TRADE OR PROFESSION. Instead of being deployed abroad put to work in this Country aiding the community and improving OUR COUNTRY. I.E. KEEPING MOTORWAYS clear of rubbish (taught to repair our roads etc) maintaining parks, roundabout gardens, open spaces etc, building childrens playgrounds, youth clubs etc in deprived areas. There are many areas that they could be put to work and save tax payers money. They should have a contribution towards their food and upkeep deducted from their benefits. Hopefully when their SERVICE is completed they will have learnt to RESPECT AUTHORITY, FELLOW CITIZENS, OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY AND THIS COUNTRY.
