Parents to actually be punished when their child commits crime
Parents are never punished for the actions of their minor....but they should be. Removal of benefits for a time period or removal of any other support they receive.
There are too many parents that dont care what their child does because they know they are never prosectued.
Prosecute the parents of children that cause trouble. After all, they ARE legally responsible for their child. Lets actually punish them when their child commits crime. On the spot fixed penalties would be enough for most of the crimes comitted!
