Reforming VAT to cover everything at 10%

Additional Information

The current VAT is so complicated that nobody really understands how it works.
Therefore VAT should be changed to 10% on everything including Food, Property, Inheritance and Capital Gains.

This would significantly reduce the tax code of the UK
