Petition Action

Reduce Overseas Aid and Spend money putting more police on our streets and create more jobs in the UK

Additional Information

The Government has actually increased the budget for the Department responsible for Overseas Aid by 30% over the next 4 years to £11bn, whereas the budget for the Department responsible for our Police is being cut by 25% to £8bn. At this time of National need we should reduce our spending on Overseas Aid and use the money to increase police officers on our streets and also to create jobs for the unemployed.
